Description of Services: Songs of Higher Learning sells educational music. The music may at times be accompanied by videos. The music and/or videos may be downloaded or you can order hard copy CDs and/or DVDs. In addition, Songs of Higher Learning customizes music and/or videos to fit your curriculum. If Songs of Higher Learning cannot obtain the information to customize the music and/or video, you must provide Songs of Higher Learning with the information needed.

YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT Songs of Higher Learning IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WORDS THAT MAY BE MISPRONOUNCED OR MISSPELLED. Refund: Songs of Higher Learning DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Any item can be exchanged for a copy of the same item only if it is damaged, and the damage is attributable to Songs of Higher Learning. It is in Songs of Higher Learning’s sole discretion to determine whether the damage is attributable to Songs of Higher Learning. If there are any issues with a purchase please contact Songs of Higher Learning immediately, we aim to solve any issue amicably.

Billing Errors: If you believe that you have been erroneously billed, please notify us at : contactus@songsofhigherlearning.com immediately of such error. If we do not hear from you within thirty (30) days after such billing error first appears on any account statement, such fee will be deemed accepted by you for all purposes, including resolution of inquiries made by credit card issuer. You release us from all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that is not reported to us within (30) days of its publication.

Modification of Terms and Conditions: From time to time, Songs of Higher Learning may modify these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion. When such modification is made, Songs of Higher Learning will post a revised version of these Terms and Conditions on the Website. Modifications will be effective when they are posted. Songs of Higher Learning is not required to provide you with notification that any such modification has been made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions from time to time to be aware of any such modifications.
